Link4 TU S.A. ("Link4") is the leading direct insurance company in Poland. It was founded in November 2002 as the first company to offer motor insurance exclusively over the phone and the internet.
Link4 provides individual customers with motor, housing, and travel insurance at the highly competitive prices made possible by the direct insurance system. The company's service is second-to-none, and Link4 was the first Polish company to be awarded the ISO 9001:2001 certificate in claims management. On November 2007 the company launched the first direct life insurance company in Poland.

Direct Pojišt'ovna a.s. has operated since May 2007, and is the only insurance company in the Czech market, that focuses and specializes in Direct Insurance.

As a result of the innovative direct system, Direct Pojišt'ovna's customers can save a significant amount of money on their insurance. The company offers third party liability motor insurance and CASCO (accident insurance). In the near future the company plans to introduce other insurance products for the benefit of its customers.

OJSC INTOUCH INSURANCE ("INTOUCH Insurance") is the first insurance company in Russia that specializes and focuses on Direct Insurance. Providing individual customers with third party liability motor insurance, and CASCO (accident insurance), INTOUCH offers convenient and fast services, a flexible (time-saving) system for insurance payment and delivery, and an individual approach to price and conditions of insurance.
INTOUCH Insurance has launched it operation in March 2008.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("EBRD")holds 30% of INTOUCH. The EBRD is the largest single investor in Eastern Europe. It invests mainly in private enterprises, usually together with commercial partners. Today the EBRD uses the tools of investment to help build market economies in countries from central Europe to central Asia.

Direct Insurance Services Center Sp. Z o.o. (DISC) is an IT service company within InTouch insurance group. DISC is responsible for development of insurance software used in Link4, Direct Pojistovna and InTouch Russia. It’s focused on cooperation with clients from Intouch group only.

Established in 2006, is responsible for successful implementation of dedicated insurance system in new group companies – Direct Pojistovna (2007) and Intouch Russia (2008). The software developed by DISC is an enterprise-class J2EE system covering all aspects of insurance business (Sales, Service, Money Collection, Accounting, Products, Claims, CRM, Imaging).
