Chief Commercial Officer of Direct Pojišt'ovna
The senior management of Direct Pojišt'ovna was recently strengthened by the addition of chief commercial officer Klaudia Tóthóva. Ms. Tóthóva, who will also serve as a board member for the company, brings with her extensive experience in the field of marketing, and will be responsible for the comprehensive management of commercial and marking activities, and product development.

Ms. Tóthóva previously worked for MasterCard Europe, where she held several managerial positions including Director of Marketing for the Czech and Slovak Republics. Between 1995 and 2000, she worked for Česká Spořitelna.
A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, Ms. Tóthóva has also attended a number of professional courses in marketing and management. She is fluent in English, and speaks Russian and Hungarian at a conversational level.

Direct Pojišt'ovna is an insurance company with an international ownership structure, specializing in the direct insurance sales model. The company obtained its license for the Czech Republic from the Czech National Bank in the spring of 2007, and in May 2007 it began offering Motor Third Party Liability insurance on the Czech market. In August 2007, CASCO (accident insurance) was added to the company's portfolio. In the near future, Direct Pojišt'ovna will offer its customers other types of non-life insurance.
