Link4 successfully implements ISO 9001:2001 certificate
Link4, as the only direct insurer on the Polish market, successfully implements ISO 9001:2001 quality management system in the area of claims settlement. The certifying institution has confirmed that Link4 complies with the requirements which have to be met in order to use the certificate and has renewed the certificate for another year.

The decision to renew the document’s validity was made by the Technical Committee for Quality System Certification of Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji S.A., which last year awarded the certificate to Link4 for high standards of client service in the claims settlement process. According to the audit conducted in July this year, Link4 complies with all requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 norm. The audit also confirmed that a number of changes were introduced last year whose aim was to improve the existing system of claims settlement quality management.
According to the report prepared after the PCBC S.A. audit, Link4’s strengths include: very well emphasized client service quality policy, satisfaction of nearly 90% of Link4’s clients with the quality and quantity of information provided by the insurer during the claims registration process, as well as internal quality checks of suppliers of services related to loss adjustment. Link4 has also successfully implemented a platform for e-learning training supervised by the training team.
