Leader and pioneer of Polish direct insurance has finished modifications of the corporate website www.link4.pl and launched it on Nov. 13. The new website became more transparent and allows easy and quick navigation to potential customers of Link4. Some real picture have been uploaded in order to increase a „human face” of the site and get warmer the brand image. New written content has been re-edited to be more legible and easy to get the sense of often complicated insurance topics. The website performs two main actions. It is devoted to sell the insurance policies and inform the publics on Link4. Direct character of insurance sales is easy to get, as there are two sales channels on the home page. First – callback, which is used by customers to leave their data and allows us to contact them. Moreover, there is also web sale engine, which allows customers to buy the policy on their own. By adding the life insurance button we aimed to present Link4 as a brand including all main categories of insurance products – motor, household, travel and life insurance.

Each insurance product has the same description and it is presented as follows:

• How does it work? – for customers who have already decided to buy the specific product
• Product features – for all who need a basic information on product
• An exemplary client – for all who usually decide on basis of others’ opinions

All functions of corporate website are easy for adoption of any updates, changes and modifications if needed. The website is fully compliant with new brand manual.
