On December 2, 2008, OJSC INTOUCH INSURANCE won the Breakthrough of the Year nomination of the National Business Award.
The Breakthrough of the Year highlights the results of INTOUCH INSURANCE’s performance in Russia. The only company to offer full-scale direct insurance, INTOUCH entered the Russian market in April 2008. By December the call center of INTOUCH INSURANCE received over 160,000 requests, the company’s website had 200,000 unique visitors, and a total number of INTOUCH clients reached 10,000. According to a study by ARMI Marketing, INTOUCH INSURANCE is among Russia’s top ten companies with the best brand awareness.
The model of direct insurance, which is new to the Russian market and has proved successful throughout Europe, is now available in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Samara.
Insurance products meeting the needs of big cities, easy insurance policy application and purchase, simple claim settlement procedure and attractive prices is what allowed INTOUCH INSURANCE to stand out among rivals and show brilliant results.
