Moshe (Muki) Schneidman
Chairman of the Board
Muki Schneidman founded the first direct insurance company in Israel in 1993, and has nurtured the company's growth in the Israeli insurance sector as well as in other areas of financial service. In addition to his position as the Chairman of Direct Insurance Financial Investments, Ltd., ("DIFI"). Muki is the Chief Executive Officer of Zur-Shamir (the major shareholder of DIFI), and serves as director of many of the group's subsidiaries.

Paul Whittaker
Vice Chairman of the Board
Paul Whittaker is CEO Emerging Markets at RSA. Paul has over fifteen years senior management experience in the financial services sector, including three years at AXA and ten years at GE. This includes work in Asia and Eastern Europe on acquisition integration and business development. Paul was appointed to his current position in 2006, and is responsible for South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Central and Eastern Europe.

Yossi Kucik
Board Member
Yossi Kucik is the Vice Chairman of Direct Insurance Financial Investments. Yossi has held senior positions in Israeli public service for more than 20 years, including Director General of the Prime Minister's Office and Director General of Wages in the Ministry of Finance. Yossi holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations, and an MA in Public Administration. He also serves as director of several of DIFI's subsidiary companies.

Mike Harris
Board Member
Mike Harris serves as Group Director Corporate Finance at RSA. He has been active in international financial services for more than twenty years. He is currently responsible for Mergers & acquisitions, Capital Management, and Treasury. Mike was previously CFO for Zurich Financial Services' UK, Irish, and South African Life and General insurance activities.

Zvi Firon
Board Member
Zvi Firon is a Senior Partner of the M. Firon & Co. law firm. He has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1981, and holds a LLB from Tel Aviv University, and an LLM from Harvard Law School. As managing partner of one of Israel's largest and most highly respected law firms, Zvi specializes in complex civil, commercial, and tax cases, and also represents clients in local and international arbitration.

Adrian Brown
Board member
Adrian Brown is the Chief Operations Officer at RSA. He is currently responsible for all claims handling, broker operations, and sales and service activity for  , including supervising c.6,000 people across the UK and India. Adrian was previously Managing Director of the Personal Lines business, and was responsible for the setup and launch of in 2001. in 2001.
